I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I needed a new muffler and they had a variety of options for me to choose from. I ended up going for a performance model, and it sounds amazing! My car not only runs smoother but also has a great sound now. The only minor hiccup was the wait time, which was a bit longer than I anticipated. I had an outstanding experience at the muffler shop! I went in for a routine inspection and while they were checking everything, they pointed out a small issue with my catalytic converter that I would have totally missed. I appreciate that they took the time to explain the potential implications of leaving it unchecked without being pushy about it. They gave me a fair estimate, and their work was done faster than I expected. Plus, they even cleaned up afterwards! The only suggestion I would make is perhaps improving their waiting area a bit, as it could be more comfortable. However, the staff's professionalism truly makes up for that. Overall, a fantastic place for any exhaust needs!
